NHS outside smoking ban signalled

NHS Grampian has taken a step towards banning smoking in all its grounds with the launch of a consultation.

Smoking has already been prohibited inside hospital buildings. The consultation on extending the ban to all grounds will include staff, patients, visitors and local community groups.

Tobacco control co-ordinator Derek Petrie said: "NHS Grampian's aim is to improve the health of everyone in the north east."

No doubt Dick P will give this the response it deserves ..?

Oh Lord - you amateurs and stanley knives! Silly boy - prior to using said knife, you obviously did not do a risk assessment, seek guidance from a professional on use of said knife, don the correct equipment, etc etc.

Trust the digit has recovered after all this time? (Happened prior to me commencing 'following' and blogging!)

Afterthought: Have you acquired the necessary licences permitting you to be out alone and do things for yourself?

It was eight in the morning on a Saturday and I had a hangover, and I wanted to get on with it and get back to bed. I wouldn't have understood a word that the risk assessment people said anyway.
