'People think I deserve to die,' says cancer-stricken Jade Goody

The 27-year-old has stage three cancer. It was misdiagnosed four times, but Jade says she won't seek compensation from the hospital, as she thinks taking money from the NHS is wrong.

She said her focus was instead on surviving.

I think newspaper editor's are taking advantage of Jade at the moment.

She's obviously suffering from depression as most cancer sufferers are and probably not thinking clearly.

As for "people thinking she deserves to die"

I doubt whether most folk even give her health a thought.

She needs to save her fast diminishing energy for the battles ahead instead of feeding the tabloid press with every detail of her treatment.

O/T, but a rather intersting comment in this 'CiF' post (during a totally unrelated topic):

"Off topic -

My brother caught MRSA and C Diff from a filthy hospital in Surrey, he didn't appear on any statistics becauae he was under 60.

Have you ever heard a news item about MRSA or C Diff that tells you that the under 60's aren't included in the figures?"

This can't be true, surely?

Thanks for the offer, and if you think I can help in any way, I'd be glad to.

Email MW with the email address you use for logging into blogger/blogspot and I'm sure he'll invite you.

Hopefully much easier than one of us having to put our email address on a comment.
