That's appalling. Lots of money for BT while we're sitting in the queue - and hundreds of jobs exported.
It must be a silly season joke. Indians don't like talking about bottoms and naughty bits. I once got an Indian locum gp and he was really disgusted when I asked him to look at my bottom.

I've always found Indian call centre staff to be very pushy, always trying to get you to take products you don't want or need. So now you'll ring to arrange an X-ray appointment and half an hour later be down for a full body CT scan, colonoscopy, barium enema and laparoscopy.
